A new collection has arrived from the "Cadenas Watch," an icon of Van Cleef & Arpels. Four unique and luxurious models are now available.

Alligator Straps Add a Modern Touch
Since its creation in 1935, the "Cadenas Watch" has been one of the Maison's signature pieces.
Its distinctive design, inspired by the clasp shape favored by the Duchess of Windsor, features two snake chains, a straight case line, and a padlock-like attachment, making it a beloved iconic jewelry watch.
The 2015 models feature revised dials, stone settings, and clasp designs. While maintaining the original's discreet time-telling function, suited to the etiquette of the era, the new versions boast larger dials. The original dial's tilt is preserved, enhancing legibility.
Additionally, two small ceramic balls are placed inside the clasp, ensuring the bracelet stays securely fastened.
The collection includes classic two-snake chain bracelets as well as versions with luxurious alligator straps, with four models released this time. The "Cadenas Watch," a symbol of refined simplicity, impresses with the flowing form of its yellow gold, celebrating its origins.
The "Cadenas Watch Sertie," conveying an enduring modernity, is available in white gold and yellow gold. Its luxurious and elegant design is characterized by diamonds snow-set on the upper surface of the strap case.
Furthermore, in Autumn 2015, the "Cadenas Watch Pave" will be released, highlighting its aspect as a piece of jewelry. The case top is adorned with princess-cut diamonds, while the case, clasp, and dial feature snow-set round-cut diamonds. The design evokes grace, delicacy, and refinement. This model will be available in white gold as well as pink gold, accentuating a soft femininity.
