An Elegant "Damiani World" Steeped in Italian Tradition

Founded in 1924 by Enrico Grassi Damiani in Valenza, Italy, Damiani continues to be a family-run business, now led by the third generation of three siblings. Among global jewelers, it is one of the few brands that consistently handles design, production, and sales, and remains managed by the founder's family. Jewelry crafted by artisans entirely by hand, using modern, innovative designs and carefully selected materials, embodies the spirit of "Made in Italy." Stars such as Brad Pitt, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Sharon Stone are among the many who favor Damiani pieces.

Last year, Damiani celebrated its 90th anniversary. This year, marking the dawn of the next decade towards its centenary, the brand has unveiled a new space on Chuo Dori in Ginza, an area renowned for its luxury boutiques. The nine-story "DAMIANI Ginza Tower," which houses both a boutique and offices, features interiors primarily in elegant bronze and gold, harmonizing with the brand's first-ever use of honey-colored marble flooring to express its concept of Mediterranean warmth.

The first floor showcases the latest collections, while the second floor is dedicated to bridal items, a key focus for the brand. The third floor displays high jewelry, including limited editions, one-of-a-kind pieces, and masterpieces. The ninth floor, the top level, features a VIP room designed with a Japanese garden concept. Each floor offers a rich experience of the brand's world. The other floors function as Damiani's offices, directly connected to the boutique, allowing for prompt responses to customer needs.

Additionally, as an opening commemorative model, the XS size of Damiani's signature Belle Epoque collection has been revived. Two types of limited-edition necklaces, adorned with diamonds on both sides and featuring the popular rope chain, have been introduced.

On the opening day, model Hikari Mori joined CEO Guido Grassi Damiani and Vice President Silvia Grassi Damiani, who flew in from Italy, for the ribbon-cutting ceremony. Regarding the Ginza Tower and the brand, Guido Grassi Damiani commented: "We wanted to transform this location into an elegant space for Damiani. The moment I saw the completed tower, my heart was filled with happiness. My grandfather founded Damiani in 1924, and it remains a creator brand that has continued its own design and production. We still inherit that DNA and always create jewelry while thinking of the woman who will wear it. While design is crucial, the balance between materials, price, and wearability is also very important."

Looking ahead, the company aims to increase its number of retail stores nationwide and actively invest in Asian markets, including Japan. We encourage you to visit this space, where you can experience the world of Damiani, symbolizing the pinnacle of Italian jewelry.
