TASAKI, a long-established maison, continues to surprise us with its series of ambitious jewelry creations. This time, they have collaborated with Marie-Hélène de Taillac, renowned for her delicate jewelry crafted with K22 gold and colored stones. The result is the "My Pearl" series of timeless pearl necklaces, available from Wednesday, August 24th.

Five Types of Pearl Necklaces Unveiled!
The esteemed pearl maison has joined forces with French jewelry designer Marie-Hélène de Taillac, whose creations, featuring natural stones and the rich luster of K22 gold, have garnered global popularity.
Her journey into jewelry design began in 1995 during a trip to Jaipur, India, where she met a craftsman from a family renowned for serving as jewelers to maharajas. Captivated by their skilled techniques and the beauty of the stones, she launched her first collection the following year. Her fresh use of stones and blush gold, evoking an antique feel, enchanted many.
With ateliers still based in Paris and Jaipur, her exquisite designs, born from masterful craftsmanship, resonate deeply with TASAKI's own philosophy.
The "My Pearl" collection features five pearl necklaces, distinguished by clasps designed with her signature motifs and materials.
A Clasp Beautiful from Every Angle—
The motifs include "tender kiss," inspired by a boyfriend's gentle kiss on the neck; "my love," a plump heart shape; "Ziggy Stardust," an asymmetrical star motif named after David Bowie's iconic work; and "disco ball," adorned with beautifully scattered diamonds. The "precious moon" series, a signature of de Taillac's, is offered in four variations featuring moonstone, rose quartz, aquamarine, and amethyst (exclusive to Isetan Shinjuku).
In addition to Akoya pearls, the "tender kiss" and "my love" necklaces also feature lustrous, baroque-shaped South Sea keshi pearls measuring 44 centimeters in length. Furthermore, except for the "precious moon" series, both 40-centimeter and 100-centimeter long necklaces are available.
Marie-Hélène de Taillac commented, "The delicate luster unique to pearls harmonizes with a woman's skin, instantly illuminating the wearer – it's a miracle of nature. For this collection, I focused on designing clasps with forms that are beautiful from every angle, perfectly complementing the pearls."
