The Bold Natural Motifs of B.zero1
Text by OPENERS
A new collection has been launched from Bulgari's popular watch, "B.zero1."
The new watches are inspired by the "Naturallia" collection, known for Bulgari's jewelry. The "Naturallia" collection, themed "a celebration of nature," was Bulgari's long-awaited release in the 1990s, following decades of research into nature-inspired designs since the 1940s.
The jewelry featured vibrant and colorful depictions of motifs such as nature and flowers, achieving immediate popularity upon its release.
For this new B.zero1 collection, the sun and moon motifs were selected, drawing inspiration from Naturallia. The deep, jet-black dial is adorned with a gold moon and a mother-of-pearl sun, both encrusted with pavé diamonds. This bold combination of a vivid moon and a pure white sun shining against a dark night sky is a modern expression that is distinctly Bulgari. By overlaying the moon and sun motifs with astronomical imagery, the collection also pays homage to watchmaking.
In February, a new jewelry collection, "Tondo & Charm," also featuring Naturallia motifs, will be released. Anticipation is growing for Bulgari's natural motif collections.
