The Seasons of Two
On a winter morning, the crisp air brushing against our noses,
we passed through the same gate.
On a spring afternoon, the warm sun dazzling our eyes,
we sat at the same desk.
On a summer evening, the languid heat moistening our skin,
we shared the same meal.
On an autumn night, the cold drizzle piercing our fingertips,
we searched for our own words.
And then, once again,
on a winter morning, as if transparent,
we now share the same moment.
