The Audemars Piguet Millenary series is known for its distinctive off-center dial design. This collection has consistently delighted us with its unique designs and symmetrical beauty, including motifs like piano keys. Now, the "Millenary Limited Edition by MORITA," announced last year as the first model to bear the name of an external designer for AP, will finally go on advance sale in Japan starting this month.
The "Millenary Limited Edition by MORITA" is a timepiece designed by Yasumichi Morita (Representative of GLAMOROUS co., ltd.), the designer who also created the facade and VIP salon of the Ginza boutique. The designer's beloved "champagne bubbles" are brilliantly expressed through gold bubble dots and diamond settings. This is a masterpiece where Yasumichi Morita's delicate design stands out magnificently within the artistic world of the Millenary.
To commemorate the advance sale of this model, a debut fair is scheduled to be held from September 10th at the Audemars Piguet Boutique Ginza, which opened in 2007 as Audemars Piguet's sole flagship shop in Japan. While a worldwide debut is planned for next year, this fair offers a precious opportunity to be among the first in Japan to experience the "Millenary Limited Edition by MORITA."
