AUDEMARS PIGUET | New Boutique Opens in Tokyo's Ginza

AUDEMARS PIGUET

Opens New Boutique in Ginza, Tokyo

Swiss haute horlogerie brand AUDEMARS PIGUET opened a new 156-square-meter boutique in Ginza, Tokyo on May 16th. The store, which offers its signature models and latest collections, embodies the new brand concept of "Home away from Home."

A Special Space Expressing Roots and Manufacture

The new boutique combines wood and metal materials with landscapes from the brand's home, Le Brassus village, to express its 139-year history, its manufacture, and its connection with people. This design was a collaborative creation between the brand's Creative Director, Octavio Garcia, and Switzerland's "Creative Circle International Corporation."

The interior is divided into two floors: "Manufacture" and "Lounge." On the "Manufacture" floor, visitors can see meticulously displayed timepieces, a watchmaker's corner, and a virtual atelier that explains the process of creating exquisite timepieces. The "Lounge" offers espresso and cocktails accompanied by relaxing music and art.

Jonathan King, CEO of Audemars Piguet Japan Inc., stated, "By bringing the concept of the manufacture into our new boutique, we want to convey Audemars Piguet's origins and history, its craftsmanship, its authenticity, and its special relationship with new environments to everyone."
