Yokohama Grand InterContinental Hotel is once again hosting the "Imari Fair," a collaborative event with Imari City, Saga Prefecture, which was highly acclaimed last year.
In 2017, three of the hotel's restaurants will offer unique, exquisite dishes that fully utilize Imari's specialty ingredients, served in Imari ware.
Selected from Imari's finest produce, nurtured by abundant nature, the offerings include the prestigious "Imariyaki Beef," prized for its quality, along with kuruma shrimp, asparagus, greater amberjack, and rice. The French restaurant "Azure" and Italian restaurant "La Vera" will feature course menus, while the "Marine Blue" lounge and bar will serve an exquisite burger made with luxurious Imari beef.
Diners at "Azure" ordering a dinner course will also receive a complimentary small Imari Nabeshima ware plate – a special offer not to be missed.
