Sheraton Grande Tokyo Bay Hotel's buffet dining "Grand Cafe" is holding a "Chiba Gourmet Fair" until Saturday, June 30, 2018.
The "Chiba Gourmet Fair," timed to coincide with "Chiba Prefecture Resident's Day" on June 15th, features a rotating menu that generously utilizes the bounty of Chiba's seas and mountains.
Fresh katsuo caught in Chiba is served as a refreshing 'Carpaccio' with Chiba-grown yuzu ponzu. Also offered is 'Steamed Chiba Chicken with Peanut Sauce,' a salad-style dish made with tender steamed breast meat from Kinsuku chicken, a renowned brand from Chiba, dressed in peanut sauce. Other enticing dishes include 'Bouillabaisse, Shiroi Style,' a Sheraton interpretation of the local specialty from Shiroi town, a hearty fishball stew.
