Each is a testament to the refined craftsmanship and artistic sensibility of our pâtissiers.

◆ Chaussure (Limited to 50 pieces)
Price: ¥10,000
A charming high-heeled chocolate shoe in a delicate pink hue that is sure to capture attention. The rich strawberry flavor of the chocolate is perfectly balanced with white chocolate for an elegantly sweet finish. Inside the white chocolate heel, adorned with a delicate butterfly, are freeze-dried raspberries and strawberries, along with heart-shaped bonbons.

◆ Bouteille de Chocolat (Limited to 100 pieces)
Price: ¥7,500
This chocolate creation artfully replicates a full-sized bottle of champagne, complete with an edible cork and label. Inside, you'll discover pearl chocolates, known for their light, crisp texture, offering a sophisticated surprise. The label can be personalized with a message, making it an exquisite gift to convey your heartfelt gratitude.
Note: Personalized messages can only be arranged in person at the shop.
Messages of up to 20 characters can be added upon request one week prior to your desired pickup date (additional charge of ¥500 applies).

◆ Chiyo Choco ~2020 edition~

Palace Hotel Tokyo's signature chocolate, 'Chiyo Choco,' is presented in a special 2020 edition design, a collaboration with illustrator Natsu Yamaguchi.
Sales period: January 1, 2020 (Wednesday) to December 31, 2020 (Thursday)

◆ Chiyo Macaron
Price: ¥1,300 for 3 pieces / ¥2,600 for 6 pieces
These macarons feature a Japanese pattern inspired by Palace Hotel Tokyo's signature chocolate, 'Chiyo Choco.' Their fine, moist texture is a meticulously crafted specialty from our pastry chefs.

◆ Tablette de Chocolat (Rouge/Blanc/Noir)
Price: ¥1,800 each
Our popular tablet chocolates return. These bar-shaped chocolates are adorned with dried fruits, nuts, and edible flowers. Available in three varieties: 'Inspiration Framboise,' white chocolate, and dark chocolate.

◆ Enrobage
Price: Small ¥950 / Large ¥1,350. This bar-shaped chocolate combines white chocolate with the refreshing tartness of freeze-dried strawberries, topped with fresh strawberries coated in white chocolate. It offers a delightful exploration of strawberry flavors and textures, with the sweet, aromatic strawberries and rich white chocolate creating an exquisite harmony. To ensure the strawberries are enjoyed at their freshest, this item is available exclusively on Friday, March 13th and Saturday, March 14th. Reservations are required.
