Kyoto's "Shin-Pukan" announces limited edition products for its grand opening!
NTT Urban Development Corporation has announced limited-edition products and services unique to "Shin-Pukan," ahead of its grand opening on April 16, 2020, at 11:00 AM.
Over 40 Types of Limited Edition, Quantity-Limited, and Early Release Items Available at Shops & Restaurants
The commercial zone will feature over 40 types of limited-edition products and menus. BEAMS JAPAN, making its Kansai debut, will offer items incorporating Kyoto's traditional crafts, while "green bean to bar CHOCOLATE" will present a chocolate tablet created in collaboration with Kyoto's long-established "Uneno."
■ Kansai's First UPLINK Cinema to Screen Opening Features
UPLINK, which has delivered a diverse range of films to Japanese audiences and has been featured by CNN Travel as one of the "10 of the world's most enjoyable cinemas" and by travel editors as a "hidden gem for foreigners," makes its Kansai debut. The cinema, UPLINK Kyoto, will host "Films You Missed in KYOTO," screening over 100 films, alongside special opening presentations to commemorate the launch.
■ Pop-up Space to Host "Agnès b.: The Cardigan, Photographs, Artists & Pressions" Exhibition
The pop-up space will present the photography exhibition "Agnès b.: The Cardigan, Photographs, Artists & Pressions / ...des photographes…des artistes et le cardigan pression," running from Thursday, April 16, to Thursday, April 30, in conjunction with the UPLINK Kyoto gallery.
■ Ace Hotel Kyoto to Offer Special Limited Quantity Gifts for Guests, Featuring a Debut Restaurant from a Leading American Gastronomy Figure
Ace Hotel Kyoto has prepared special gifts for its guests. A limited quantity of original tote bags, a collaboration between popular illustrator Yu Nagaba and BEAMS JAPAN, will be presented. Furthermore, Ace Hotel Kyoto has partnered with a renowned chef, a multiple award-winner in America, to create unique menus featuring local, flavorful ingredients.
