Omotesando's "Hotel’s," operated by sio Inc., will host a special one-day course in collaboration with "Yamatsu Tsujita," a company dedicated to preserving Japanese spices.
The Story Behind the Collaboration Course
Chef Toba has often described "Yamatsu Tsujita's" spices as "amazing powder." The passionate and heartfelt connection between Chef Toba and Hiroyuki Tsujita, the fourth-generation owner of "Yamatsu Tsujita," has previously led to the creation of signature dishes at various sio group establishments, including sio in Yoyogi-Uehara, o/sio in Marunouchi, and 㐂つね. Moved by Mr. Tsujita's profound dedication to Japanese spices and his strong desire to "pass on these rare Japanese aromas to the next generation!," a special collaboration course has been decided for Omotesando Hotel’s.
This special collaboration course will be held for one day only. To share the essence of Japanese spices with a wider audience, regardless of location or time, we have decided to offer this experience through crowdfunding, with various rewards including the aforementioned course.
