Fukagawa Winery x Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba Collaboration Wine Project

Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba, a hotel directly connected to Daiba Station, is collaborating with "Fukagawa Winery," a city winery gaining attention as a popular urban winery, to offer original private wines.
Following last year, the hotel will again sell its original private wines this year.
The first release, "Nama (Nama) Wine Rosé," has been available since Friday, January 11.
The second release, a red wine made with Muscat Bailey A, "Yamanashi Prefecture, Yano Muscat Bailey A 2018," will be available from Tuesday, February 12, and the third release, a rosé wine, "Yamanashi Prefecture, Yano Muscat Bailey A Rosé 2018," will be offered from Friday, March 1, at five of the hotel's directly managed restaurants and bars.

Fukagawa Winery, which opened in June 2016 as Tokyo's first urban winery with a tasting area, is a話題 (topic of conversation) urban winery that primarily uses domestic grapes as its raw material. It not only produces its own wines but also offers collaborative programs where groups and individuals, including restaurants and sommeliers, can participate together, making it popular for its accessible approach to winemaking.

Grand Nikko Tokyo Daiba, in collaboration with Fukagawa Winery, a city winery gaining attention as a popular urban winery, is undertaking a collaborative wine project. Hotel sommeliers and volunteer staff are involved in every step of the winemaking process, from grape harvesting, destemming, pressing, bottling, and corking to label design.

This is an original private wine, crafted with the collective effort of the hotel staff, embodying the joy and sense of accomplishment of creating wine in Tokyo, offering a unique experience unavailable elsewhere.
