Since its opening, the restaurant cultivated its popularity solely through word-of-mouth among its regulars, known as a place where "people who want to engage with delicious food gather, by referral only."

That very Kasumicho Sanmaruichi No Ichi has now undergone a renewal.
To bring to life the desire to "try a little bit of everything," it has been reborn in a new style as an "Exquisite Otsumami Kappo," now enjoyable even without a referral.

In this "Exquisite Otsumami Kappo" concept, seasonal delicacies are treated with luxury while the menu's structure is reimagined.
Unbound by convention, dishes are served at the moment we believe you will find them "most delicious."
The primary advantage, we are told, is that each dish is lighter in portion, allowing guests to savor a wide variety of seasonal offerings within a single meal.
