Family concierge service Yohana expands to Chiba and Saitama one year after its Japan launch, revises monthly fee to ¥10,000.

Yohana Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Panasonic Holdings Corporation, revised the monthly subscription fee for its next-generation family concierge service "Yohana Membership" to ¥10,000, effective Tuesday, September 5, 2023, and expanded service to Chiba and Saitama prefectures, bringing the total to three prefectures and one metropolis.

Price Revision and Expansion to Three Prefectures and One Metropolis from September 5

Launched in Seattle, USA, in September 2021, "Yohana Membership" expanded nationwide in October 2022. In Japan, services began in Kanagawa Prefecture in September 2022 and in Tokyo Metropolis in February 2023. Feedback from a wide range of users, including not only families with young children but also singles and seniors, revealed that satisfaction stems not only from having tasks completed while busy, but also from gaining broader options and discovering new information compared to doing things themselves.

As the service marks its first anniversary in Japan, Yohana aims to contribute to the lives of a wider range of customers by offering "Yohana Membership" at a more accessible price starting Tuesday, September 5, 2023.
