"Retreat & Restart" is a detox stay plan unique to Palace Hotel Tokyo, combining a juice cleanse program from cold-pressed juice specialty store "FARMERS' JUICE TOKYO" with original preparatory and recovery meals from Japanese restaurant Wadakura, and body treatments from Evian Spa Tokyo, all enjoyed in a room with a balcony.

On the first evening of the two-night, three-day stay, guests will enjoy original preparatory meals, such as soy milk-based rice porridge, from Wadakura, gently transitioning the body into detox mode.

On the second day, guests can experience the "FARMERS' JUICE TOKYO" juice cleanse program, choosing a program that suits their mood and physical condition. Five types of cold-pressed juices, prepared in an original bottle bearing the Palace Hotel Tokyo logo, will be consumed every two hours. The juices are completely additive-free, made primarily with domestic ingredients, and packed with nutrients from freshly squeezed fruits and vegetables.

On the third day, breakfast will consist of original recovery meals, centered around tea porridge made with domestic burdock root tea, to create a gentle environment for the body. During the stay, guests will also receive a body treatment at "Evian Spa Tokyo." This promotes detoxification not only from within but also from the outside by flushing out accumulated waste products and enhancing bodily circulation, offering a deeply healing experience.

In the room, guests can refresh their minds with exercises using a yoga mat and an original aroma fabric mist, and find healing in the lush water and greenery views from the balcony.
