Autumn-Exclusive Foods and Pop-Up Shops Appear: GINZA SIX 2017 AUTUMN Held
GINZA SIX, the largest commercial facility in the Ginza area which opened this April, will begin offering a lineup of limited-edition menus and foods to vibrantly color the autumn season starting in September.
Dessert house Nanpu Noka-sha will feature "Sweet Potato à la Mode ~On Parade~," a colorful new sweet potato made from four special varieties selected from 150 types of colored sweet potatoes.
Tsujiri, with 150 years of history in Uji, Kyoto, will present the "Tsujiri Soft Autumn Parfait," brimming with autumn flavors like sweet potato, sweet apple, and raw yatsuhashi with chestnut, evoking the essence of Japanese autumn.
Meanwhile, Italian restaurant il Cardinale will offer "Roasted Rack of Lamb with Funghi Porcini," a dynamic dish featuring the aromatic autumn delicacy of porcini mushrooms and succulent lamb.
Furthermore, GINZA SIX is launching a restaurant reservation service through its mobile app, the "GINZA SIX App."
You can now check restaurant availability and make reservations from your smartphone, making it even more convenient to dine at GINZA SIX's restaurants.
In addition, limited-time pop-up shops will be held, offering a wealth of autumn-exclusive content and new services.
