Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo offers a limited-time dinner plan to commemorate the appointment of a new executive chef.

At NAMIKI667, the lifestyle hotel brand "Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo," located on Namiki-dori in Tokyo's Ginza district, Toru Hirakawa was appointed as executive chef on August 1, 2019.

To commemorate the appointment of the new executive chef, a limited-time dinner plan, "Toru's Invitation," is being offered. This special menu is available from September 11 to October 31.

"Toru's Invitation" is characterized by combinations born from the new chef's hospitality and unexpected approaches, encompassing everything from ingredient selection and cooking methods to drink pairings. Experience his world through this dinner, served at the chef's table directly in front of the dynamic show kitchen.

Hirakawa commented, "It's enjoyable to feel the guests' reactions directly in the lively show kitchen. While exploring the unique flavors of NAMIKI667 and Ginza, Tokyo, I want to create dishes that resonate with our guests as a team."

We anticipate great things from the many distinctive dishes he will create.
