Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo offers a special dinner course to brilliantly color Christmas night.
At NAMIKI667, the lifestyle hotel "Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo" located on Namiki-dori in Ginza, a "Christmas Special Course" dinner and two types of "Winter Cocktails" will be offered to color the first Christmas of the Reiwa era. Additionally, a Christmas tree decorated with neon art, "A Night of Falling Stars," will be unveiled, along with a collaboration cocktail.
Christmas Special Course
A special dinner course will be presented to brilliantly color Christmas night.
The dinner course begins with a unique madeleine using only Tokyo-produced ingredients for all seven seasonings, followed by a sandwich featuring foie gras and sweet-and-sour Tokyo-grown strawberries that is simply irresistible.
Further exquisite dishes include a creation that harmonizes the robust flavor of Hokkaido-caught hairy crab with the comforting sweetness of lily bulbs and the tartness of apple. Guests can also savor the dual textures of blue lobster, prepared as both roast and salad, and a sea bream with scales grilled to perfection, its beautiful appearance enhanced by a white foam sauce like light snow. These are just some of the meticulously crafted menu items by Chef Toru Hirakawa.
For the main course, enjoy the highly popular Akikawa beef from NAMIKI667, served with a rich red wine sauce.
The dessert to conclude the course is a Mont Blanc made with fragrant French chestnuts, accompanied by milk ice cream and raspberry paste, artfully presented as a charming Christmas wreath.
This dinner course, satisfying both visually and gastronomically, is perfect for a special night.

Christmas Tree "A Night of Falling Stars" Decorated with Neon Art
Illuminating Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo for the memorable first Christmas of the Reiwa era is the Christmas tree "A Night of Falling Stars," created by the art unit "Neon Yup Torrid" led by designer NATSUHIDE. Set against the backdrop of Ginza, a district of tradition and innovation, the piece expresses "a mysterious night where stars fell from the sky and accumulated without disappearing" through neon art.
Each motif draws inspiration from the history of Hyatt Centric Ginza Tokyo and the numerous artworks adorning the hotel.
On November 29, the day of the Christmas tree's grand unveiling, a gathering will be held around the tree, welcoming the designer and distinguished guests.
We hope you will enjoy the neon art Christmas tree that gently illuminates the hotel during the festive season.
