The spring limited menu features a selection of exquisite dishes made with "female virgin beef" of A5-ranked Japanese black wagyu, known for its lowest melting point among the highest grade of domestic black wagyu. Additionally, enjoy stone-grilled dishes and noodle dishes that combine seasonal ingredients to enhance the meat's natural umami, all developed with the unique creativity of a yakiniku restaurant.
At "Yakiniku Ushigoro," indulge in the "Stone-Grilled Rice with Sakura Shrimp, Wagyu, and Bamboo Shoots," a dish combining the rare sakura shrimp, only landed in Suruga Bay during spring, with crisp bamboo shoots and our signature domestic black wagyu. The savory aroma of soy sauce and sakura shrimp that spreads with every stir is truly appetizing. Furthermore, savor exquisite dishes like the "Nozaki Beef Steak with New Onion, Yangnyeom, and Wasabi," featuring Kagoshima-produced black wagyu 'Nozaki Beef,' raised through traditional methods and slowly cooked to condense its natural umami.

The latest addition to Bambina's stone-grilled series. Mussels and wagyu raw hamburger steak are served in a piping hot stone pot. A rich tomato sauce infused with mussel umami is generously poured over, creating a ragu risotto that harmonizes the flavors of wagyu and seafood.
