Palace Hotel's New Accommodation-Focused Hotel to Open Soon

With the concept of "Encounters of a New Kind: A place where sensibilities can take a deep breath," Zentis Osaka aims to provide a high-quality, comfortable hotel stay that resonates with the sensibilities of domestic and international guests through sophisticated design and service.

The hotel occupies floors 1 through 13 of a 16-story mixed-use facility. The first floor houses a lobby lounge for guests, the second floor a restaurant & bar lounge, and floors 3 through 13 contain a total of 212 guest rooms, including two suites. The interior design was handled by Tara Bernard & Partners, led by world-renowned interior designer Tara Bernard, and features a design based on natural materials and colors.

Furthermore, the restaurant & bar lounge will offer cuisine that stimulates the five senses, incorporating abundant seasonal ingredients, supervised by Shinya Odoibashi, executive chef of the Michelin-starred "CRAFTALE" in Nakameguro, Tokyo.

The restaurant & bar lounge "UPSTAIRZ" is a stylish space that combines an all-day dining restaurant serving everything from breakfast to dinner with a bar lounge offering afternoon tea and cocktails. It also features private rooms and terrace seating, making it suitable for various occasions and purposes.

The head chef of "UPSTAIRZ" is Taiji Yamada, who honed his skills in Japan and France. Shinya Odoibashi, executive chef of the Michelin-starred "CRAFTALE" in Nakameguro, Tokyo, and also of "UPSTAIRZ," produces a menu that pays homage to Osaka's culinary culture and delights the senses.
