At Grillogy Bar & Grill, two types of hamburgers, including the photogenic and vibrantly colored "Rainbow Burger," will be available, alongside quesadillas.
The hamburgers at Hilton Tokyo Odaiba are characterized by the secret ingredient of mashed potatoes, which mellows the flavor, making them exquisite creations with carefully considered textures and flavor combinations.
On the terrace at SEASCAPE, the seasonal "Kaki Goya Style" x "Cloudy Bay" terrace oyster bar will be held, offering an enjoyable pairing of oysters and wine.
You can enjoy approximately 30 kinds of creative oyster dishes, including "Cocktail Oysters" where the chef's selection of the finest domestic raw oysters of the day are served in shot glasses with 8 popular cocktails such as Salty Dog and Bloody Mary, as well as other prized oyster dishes prepared using various cooking methods like grilling, steaming, and baking.
In addition to these, there are plenty of other meticulously crafted gourmet options to liven up the season, such as the "Afternoon Tea" at Grillogy Bar & Grill, offering small portions of delicious items at reasonable prices, and the dessert buffet at SEASCAPE Terrace Dining, inspired by "The Wizard of Oz."
