Four restaurants open, marking the debut of a new dining destination at Hilton Osaka.

Four restaurants have opened at Hilton Osaka starting Friday, August 3, 2018: "Kawauume" for Kaiseki and Sushi, "Tenka" for Teppanyaki, "CENTRUM" for Grill & Wine, and "Folk Kitchen" for All-Day Dining.

The second-floor restaurant area will be reborn simultaneously.

Osaka has long been known as the "Nation's Kitchen."

Blessed with waterways connecting the Sea of Japan, the Seto Inland Sea, Osaka Bay, and the Yodo River, it became a treasure trove of food, attracting ingredients from all over Japan.

This new dining destination respects this culinary heritage and its excellent ingredients, offering a place of joy born from delicious food.

A Japanese restaurant named after the rivers flowing through Osaka, the "City of Water," and the local name for Umeda.
The cuisine is supervised by Kazuo Takagi, who has earned two Michelin stars for eight consecutive years and also produces restaurants domestically and internationally at "Kyoryori Takagi."
