At Grand Kitchen, the all-day dining on the first floor of Palace Hotel Tokyo in Marunouchi, Chiyoda-ku, a limited-time summer gourmet selection will be available.
From Thursday, June 1 to Thursday, August 31, the "Summer Glass Selection," a collection of charming, refreshing glass desserts perfect for a balmy evening, will be offered.
Two varieties can be enjoyed: "Tropical," featuring passion fruit granita layered with yogurt sauce, adorned with bonbon ice cream and delightful sweet skewers; and "Matcha & Azuki," a combination of matcha nama chocolate and granita, accented with adzuki cream, and topped with bonbon ice cream and warabi mochi.
Additionally, a sophisticated, chilled dessert featuring limoncello will be prepared.

Furthermore, from Monday, July 3 to Friday, September 29, the "Summer Terrace Gathering" plan will be available on weekdays only.
With "Summer Gathering" as its theme, the menu centers on dishes with robust spices, such as hearty tandoori chicken and lamb, alongside large platters of fragrant seasonal summer vegetables grilled to perfection.
