The restaurant now reborn as "Kamotria" features "Kawachi Duck" from "Tsumura Honten," a producer highly regarded by chefs for its freshness and quality, as the centerpiece of its menu. It offers a trattoria experience with safe and secure ingredients sourced from across Japan.
With meticulous attention to tableware and presentation, the restaurant now offers a novel dining experience, allowing guests to savor meals served in exquisite pieces crafted by artisans from various Japanese pottery regions, including Kyo-yaki, Mino-yaki, Kasama, and Bizen.

Tsumura Honten, a duck producer in Matsubara City, Osaka Prefecture, has earned Michelin's acclaim.
The fifth-generation owner, Yoshiharu Tsumura, adheres to breeding methods passed down since the early Meiji era, emphasizing that "we sell only within a scope we can oversee to ensure proper care." While they supply around 150 clients, nearly 90% are professional culinary establishments.
Their clientele includes renowned Kyoto Gion kappo restaurants, high-end Kitashinchi French establishments, and chefs at hotels like The Ritz-Carlton.
