Limited two-day sale! Premium Chicken Catsu Sandwich released at Dominique Ansel Bakery.

A collaboration between Dominique Ansel, the owner-chef who became the youngest recipient of the "World's Best Pastry Chef Award 2017," and Yusuke Hasegawa, the proprietor of "DEN," a Japanese restaurant holding two Michelin stars.

The ultimate sandwich, the "Premium Chicken Cutlet Sandwich," will be available for a limited two-day sale on Saturday, July 8th, and Sunday, July 9th, at "DOMINIQUE ANSEL BAKERY JAPAN at OMOTESANDO."

The "Premium Chicken Cutlet Sandwich" features a chicken cutlet generously seasoned with DEN's secret spices, a molten cheese center, and is topped with a rich, spicy mayonnaise, all served on a brioche bun crafted with Dominique Ansel Bakery's signature luxurious butter.

Sandwiched between crisp, fluffy brioche buns, this creation showcases the combined artistry of two masters, one Japanese and one Western, resulting in a sandwich that would make New Yorkers envious.

This is a rare, limited-quantity menu item.

Don't miss out.
