Sydney-born all-day dining restaurant "bills Ginza" is hosting a series of pairing nights for four consecutive weeks, allowing guests to indulge in the Ginza night view and exquisite drinks.
On June 19th (Monday), the first event in this series, "Australian Wine Night," was held, celebrating the wines from Australia, the birthplace of "bills."
At "Australian Wine Night," a total of seven carefully selected wines—including white, red, rosé, and sparkling—were offered, providing participants with an excellent opportunity to compare the distinct characteristics of Australian wines.
The next pairing night, scheduled for June 26th (Monday), will be "Sake (Toyo Bijin) x Shochu (Komaki Jozo) Night."
This limited-time event invites guests to savor the Ginza night view and fine drinks alongside "bills Ginza's" latest seasonal dinner course.
Following this are "Craft Beer Night" and "Mouton Cadet Wine Night," so don't miss out.
