In December 2017, Jidai Co., Ltd. opened "MERCATO MERCATO !!", a new Italian market-style dining experience, on the first floor of "BEAKER nihonbashi ning yocho", a new shared complex building in Nihonbashi Ningyocho.

This Italian dining establishment, inspired by the Italian market concept, allows guests to choose their preferred ingredients and cooking methods with staff on the spot, creating an authentic market experience.
The ingredients are carefully selected for freshness. These include choice vegetables from Sugimasa Farm in Mishima City, Shizuoka Prefecture; seafood delivered fresh daily from Kumamoto; and a selection of meats such as aged beef, pork, duck, and lamb, all sourced from dedicated producers.
The interior, a renovation of a former parking space, features a striking design with a row of showcases and a counter. For families in Ningyocho, a dedicated stroller parking area is available. Additionally, private rooms accommodating up to 15 guests are available for parties and group gatherings.
