On Friday, November 2, 2018, KUSHITANI PERFORMANCE STORE, the first store in the Kanto region for the long-established motorcycle apparel brand KUSHITANI, opened at MARINE & WALK YOKOHAMA, an open-air mall facing Yokohama Bay.

KUSHITANI boasts a 70-year history as a motorcycle apparel brand. Founded in Hamamatsu, it began as a small leather goods shop in town and was the first in Japan to manufacture leather racing suits for motorcycles. The high-quality, safe KUSHITANI motorcycle wear, crafted with an unwavering commitment to authenticity, has earned the immense support of riders.

The shop offers a wide selection of items, from authentic leather apparel suitable for both serious riding and everyday wear, to small leather goods made from the same leather developed for motorcycle gear, and even mugs crafted from titanium used in motorcycle exhausts. These items are designed to appeal to both riders and non-riders alike. Additionally, collaborations with Shinichiro Arakawa, founder of the "SHINICHIRO ARAKAWA" brand and a fashion designer, are planned.
