Crafted with Japanese genuine leather and traditional Peruvian textiles, these leather sandals from South America, created by travelers, are now available.
From Delinka, a custom shoe workshop that combines domestic genuine cowhide with traditional Inca textiles, come these leather sandals.
Orders will begin being accepted on Friday, June 23rd.
Fully Custom-Made: Choose Your Fabric and Leather
The distinctive fabric used by Delinka is a traditional textile from Peru, passed down from parent to child for over 500 years since the Inca era.
You can choose your preferred combination from over 100 types of fabrics and 23 colors of leather.
As these are fully custom-made, we do not handle ready-made products. Each original pair is handcrafted after an order is placed.
The owner, Kento, is also a traveler who spent three and a half years wandering through 104 countries, filming and posting videos online.
He encountered these shoes in Peru during his travels, and upon returning to Japan, he trained under a Japanese shoemaker with the desire to popularize them in his home country.
He then returned to Peru, apprenticed himself to a local shoe workshop, and in the summer of 2016, established his own workshop in Nakano with great anticipation.
These are truly unique shoes, a fusion of Japanese craftsmanship and Peruvian tradition.
Orders for products are not accepted online; they are only taken in-store.
