Emilio Pucci Unveils a New Junior Collection in Florence
EMILIO PUCCI has unveiled its first children's and junior collection, a collaboration with Italian children's wear brand Simonetta, at Palazzo Pucci in Florence on June 23.
Elegance That Rivals Adult Fashion
The junior collection proposes apparel for girls and newborns suited to contemporary lifestyles, intersecting Emilio Pucci's cherished keywords of "freshness" and "joy of living."
Crafted from the same materials as the mothers' wardrobe, it features soft, comfortable fabrics such as fleece, jersey, poplin, Punto Milano, luxurious embroidery, fine georgette, ottoman, and satin.
Designed as miniature versions of adult pieces and inspired by the women's collection, the colors incorporated into the designs are yellow, pink, fuchsia, mauve, black, and white.
The vibrant palette, featuring prints like the wavy LEBLON, the beautifully curved multi-colored LIBELLULA, the small floral VERBANIA, and the kaleidoscope-like ARENAL, is combined with rainbow hues, bringing a sense of delight.
Dresses and sets are functional yet elegant, at times dressy, at times sporty.
Adorned with ruffles, pleats, ribbons, printed trims, sequin appliqués, and embroidery, the Emilio Pucci spirit is meticulously recreated, even in this junior collection.
The newborn wear features a subdued color palette, with a lineup including hats, bibs, swaddles, and blankets with subtle embellishments.
For beachwear, the collection includes one-piece and separate swimsuits in the LIBELLULA print, as well as swimwear combining yellow, black, and sky blue.
Furthermore, accessories such as bags with delicate trims and large colorful ribbons, headbands, ballerina shoes, sandals, and sneakers complete the perfect debut for a young girl embracing Emilio Pucci for the first time.
Items and prices for the Japanese market are currently undecided.
This is a collection to eagerly anticipate its arrival in Japan.
