Jutaku Jōhōkan presents a new proposal for house hunting: the experiential housing showroom "MY HOME LABO" is born! Kanna Hashimoto appointed as director!

On August 11, 2017, Jutaku Jōhōkan Co., Ltd. unveiled "MY HOME LABO," a total home gallery where visitors can see, touch, and experience, at their Yamato store. Kanna Hashimoto, who is transitioning from idol to actress, has been appointed as the director, ready to support your home-building journey.

■ "MY HOME LABO": An Experiential Housing Showroom to Envision Your Cutting-Edge Home
As a "comprehensive housing producer," Jutaku Jōhōkan provides a secure living environment for its customers. The company's strength lies in its direct-managed system, covering everything from design and construction to after-sales service, which eliminates waste and allows for a holistic approach.
To coincide with the renovation of its Yamato store in Kanagawa Prefecture, the company has opened the experiential housing showroom "MY HOME LABO."
Upon arrival, visitors are greeted by Kanna Hashimoto, the director of "MY HOME LABO," at the entrance via a welcome panel. Further inside, the robot "Pepper" guides visitors through the experiential booths.
"MY HOME LABO" boasts three key features that allow visitors to experience the cutting edge of home searching.
① The "Theater Room" for Imagining Your Ideal Home
In the theater room, compelling visuals showcase the appeal of homes proposed by Jutaku Jōhōkan, greatly expanding visitors' imagination of their future residences.
② The "Model Room" Packed with the Latest IoT Technology
Adjacent to the theater room is a model room, allowing visitors to experience a full-scale living space. This feature helps solidify the imagery cultivated in the theater into a more tangible form.

③ Pepper Guides You Around!
Here, Pepper walks around to guide visitors through the home experience corner.
In addition to product explanations, Pepper can answer customers' questions.
Visitors can experience the latest technologies in structure and home equipment, such as a "seismic simulation model" that replicates earthquake tremors, a "wallpaper, flooring, and wall stain comparison," and an "insulation experience room" that simulates temperatures from 5°C to 40°C, helping to resolve common uncertainties.

Furthermore, the store offers a family-friendly kids' corner and a section featuring over 20,000 property listings, providing various avenues for discussing home-building plans.
For those in Tokyo and Kanagawa seeking to build their homes, why not pay a visit?
