The luxury hotel "Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi," situated in the prime location of Otemachi, Tokyo, welcomes the much-anticipated reopening of "VIRTÙ" on the top floor on Friday, October 1, 2021.

A vast, floor-to-ceiling window reveals the dazzling cityscape of Tokyo, a beautiful panorama of the glittering night view. At "VIRTÙ," a bar with a concept blending Paris and Tokyo, guests can indulge in the sophisticated luxury of savoring fine spirits in an exquisite space while gazing at the metropolitan skyline.
For this reopening, the experienced mixologist team led by Head Bartender Joshua Perez has repeatedly experimented to create "VIRTÙ Original Autumn New Cocktails." A refined menu weaving together French and Japanese flavors has been introduced.

For example, "AKA La Tomate" is an exotic taste with a tomato-based shochu base, featuring citrus and cucumber aromas, accented with salt and pepper and a hint of hot sauce. "Le Verger" is a sour cocktail blended with French and Japanese apple brandies. A variety of tastes are available, from spicy to mellow.

AKA La Tomate. Lightly sweet and tart, much like gazpacho.
