HOSHINO RESORTS RISONARE Nasu will host its first "Agri Beer Garden" from Friday, June 18, 2021, to Thursday, September 30. Guests can enjoy the cool evening air with cocktails made from vegetables, served at special open-air seating along the rice paddies or at a bar set up inside the "Greenhouse."

RISONARE Nasu, Japan's first agri-tourism resort, presents "Agri Beer Garden," where guests can enjoy refreshing drinks made with summer harvest produce while cooling off in the evening.

The beer garden offers drinks such as Red Eye, a mix of beer and tomato juice, inspired by the tomatoes often found on summer farm tables, and Mojitos generously infused with mint, as well as shiso juice. Appetizers include vegetable pickles and edamame, perfect pairings for the refreshing beverages.

Special seating areas are set up along the rice paddies, complete with hammocks and lanterns, for guests to enjoy the evening cool. Swaying in a hammock while gazing at the Nasu mountains and fields, or listening to the croaking of frogs as background music while feeling the night breeze and watching the starry sky, allows guests to connect with nature through all their senses.

A bar space also appears in the "Greenhouse," where about 50 types of herbs are grown annually. At night, illuminations create a magical atmosphere. This is a space to refresh with a drink in hand, embracing the cool evening air and the unique nature of Nasu.
