A Special Autumn Afternoon Tea Awaits
A new 'maple spot' has arrived for a limited time in the first-floor lobby of The Peninsula Tokyo, known for its striking 'authentic Japanese' interiors, including the lattice work designed by interior designer Yukio Hashimoto. The maple, illuminated by soft paper lanterns, evokes a profound sense of autumn. During lunch and afternoon tea hours, the serene atmosphere is further enhanced by the sound of shakuhachi flute performances.
Additionally, the Continental Dining "The Lobby" will offer a special Autumn Foliage Afternoon Tea for this limited period. Guests can savor seasonal delicacies and pastries, served on a traditional three-tiered silver stand, while admiring the beautifully colored maple leaves.
Furthermore, to deepen the appreciation of Japanese culture, guests who book the "Value the Experience" accommodation plan during this period will receive complimentary tickets to the "National Treasures of Japan" exhibition at the Tokyo National Museum. Experience the beauty of autumn foliage early at this new maple spot in Tokyo, where you can immerse yourself in Japanese tradition and culture.
