Chiva-Som International Health Resort is situated in Hua Hin, approximately a three-hour drive from Bangkok, Thailand's capital. It is known as a pioneering wellness destination.



In November 2018, following a third phase of renovations lasting six months, the resort celebrated its reopening. Renovations to several facilities, including the Ocean Rooms, are complete. In addition to these structural upgrades, a new "Golf Retreat" has been introduced, offering expert guidance for those looking to improve their golf game, thereby enhancing the overall wellness experience.

Furthermore, new interiors have been installed in line with the resort's master plan. Contemporary materials such as sustainable, locally sourced teak wood, Thai silk, and bamboo have been employed to create an atmosphere of ultimate tranquility.

Notably, the "Thai Pavilion" accommodation has undergone a significant transformation, while retaining the spirit of traditional Thai architectural style. It now presents a brighter, lighter, and more spacious ambiance, exuding a calming atmosphere.




The new "Thai Pavilion Suite" room type features a private kitchen and a secluded sala (pavilion). Within the glass-enclosed sala, guests can enjoy meals prepared by a private chef in a serene, verdant setting. It also serves as an ideal space for meditation or simply unwinding.



The "Emerald Room" restaurant has also been revitalized, becoming brighter and offering a fresh, relaxing atmosphere. Guests can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner here.

To celebrate the revamped Emerald Room, Michelin-starred chef Keisuke Matsushima will be welcomed in December as the first guest chef. He will present creative French cuisine that fuses French and Japanese culinary traditions from a wellness perspective.

Special cooking classes will also be offered exclusively to guests during their stay, providing a valuable opportunity to learn Chef Matsushima's techniques up close.






Additionally, the "Orchid Lounge," "Library," "Fitness Center," and "Refunctional Studio" have been updated with the latest equipment and have been reborn with a fresh look.
