THE RITZ-CARLTON

The Ritz Kids® Program for Families

This summer, The Ritz-Carlton will launch the "Ritz Kids® Program," an offering designed for children staying at the hotel. It provides a special experience with exclusive amenities and more.

Available at Four Locations: Tokyo, Osaka, Kyoto, and Okinawa

The "Ritz Kids® Program" has been specially created to support children's memory-making during their visits to resorts and cities. It incorporates activities centered around water, land, environment, and local culture. This iteration will feature destination-specific activities, specially prepared amenities, and an in-room camping experience.

In this program, the guest room is transformed into a "new home" for children, complete with an indoor tent. Inside, guests will find a compass, lantern, flashlight, water bottle, and a lion plush toy, creating a space that evokes the feeling of the outdoors even while inside the hotel. The in-room "Night Safari" offers a program for stargazing while enjoying milk and cookies.

The "Ritz Kids® Program" begins with check-in at the new Ritz Kids counter, featuring a safari-themed logo designed with children in mind. At this counter, guests receive a dedicated amenity kit along with a lion backpack and a bracelet passport that grants complimentary ice cream at any hotel restaurant.

Guests also receive a map that guides them on a "safari" within the hotel. This map can be used for a stamp rally, and as a memento of their adventure, guests can take the map home as a gift upon checkout.

Furthermore, bath time is enhanced with child-sized amenities and new characters and toys. Bathrobes, slippers, and safari-themed pajamas are provided. For children aged four and under, rubber ducks, mini tote bags, and door hangers are also available.

Before bedtime, parents can access newly released audiobook stories via a QR code on their smartphones for story time.

The program includes complimentary breakfast for two adults and two children under six years old, making it a delightful experience for the whole family.
