Daniel Craig Observes the Assembly of OMEGA Seamaster

The film "007 Spectre," set for release at the end of the year, delves into the secrets of protagonist James Bond's origins and the mystery of the evil organization "Spectre," inevitably heightening anticipation. In August, four months before the film's release, Daniel Craig visited OMEGA's new factory, built in Villeret in the Jura Valley.

Craig was welcomed by Swatch Group Chairman Nick Hayek (left in photo) and OMEGA President Stephen Urquhart (right in photo), the two top executives. Guided by these two leaders, Daniel Craig meticulously toured the entire assembly line of the new factory and also witnessed the assembly of the commemorative model for this installment, the "Seamaster 300 James Bond 007 Limited."

"What's most amazing is that all these watches are manufactured from scratch. From nothing, a perfectly ticking wristwatch is completed. I thought that was truly wonderful. I was captivated by the manufacturing technology and history imbued in each and every watch," commented Daniel Craig.

We look forward to seeing James Bond in action with the OMEGA "Seamaster 300" on the big screen soon.
