An Entertainment Institute Developing Theater Workshops
Ginza Kyukyū Academia develops workshops in theater and other forms of entertainment. It has recently undergone a renewal, enhancing its online streaming capabilities. It's wonderful to be able to experience workshops even when not physically present.

A Wide Range of Events Planned, Including Workshops, Talk Events, and Solo Exhibitions
The Entertainment Institute, Ginza Kyukyū Academia, was born in 2017, based at the theater Asakusa Kyūgeki, a place where people, passion, and entertainment converge.
To foster the "professionals" needed for the future of entertainment, it has invited numerous playwrights and directors to hold workshops in theater and other entertainment fields.
To continue providing high-quality workshops, Ginza Kyukyū Academia has newly introduced equipment such as cameras, switchers, and displays. The institute has been renewed as an entertainment research center capable of "online streaming."
In the future, it plans to expand its "learning space" for entertainment by adding new workshops featuring guests active in various genres, not just theater, but also film, television, music, and advertising.
In addition to workshops, it is also scheduled to create new entertainment experiences such as dialogues and talk events with prominent figures, solo exhibitions by artists and creators, and program streaming.
Starting as early as July 15, 2020 (Wednesday), an acting workshop led by Daisuke Miura, who is active as a playwright, director, and film director, is scheduled. In addition to in-person participation at Ginza Kyukyū Academia, a streaming class is also available to experience the workshop in real-time.
