SAKE HUNDRED, a Japanese sake brand, has released its first sparkling sake, "HAKUSO." This sake is crafted to feature a delicate effervescence and nuanced flavor, making it an ideal partner for elegant moments.

A Meticulously Crafted Flavor from Polished Yamada Nishiki
SAKE HUNDRED, a luxury Japanese sake brand, was founded in 2018. Its brand purpose is to "enrich hearts and color lives" for people around the world. The brand collaborates with breweries possessing the highest level of brewing technology to develop original sake offerings.
Now, the brand introduces its first sparkling sake, "HAKUSO."
It features a beautiful clarity and a sweet, elegant flavor derived from polished Yamada Nishiki rice, along with a gentle, soft effervescence created through secondary fermentation in the bottle.
When poured into a glass, a gentle, persistent stream of bubbles rises within its radiant, snow-like hue. The aroma is fresh and floral, with notes of apple and muscat, a hint of refreshing herbs, and a creamy undertone.
The palate is smooth, with a refreshing acidity as its foundation and fine, gentle bubbles that impart a sense of freshness. Mid-palate, a mellow, moist texture combines with pleasant mineral bitterness, the inherent quality and umami of the rice, and sweetness, creating layers that lead to a long, lingering finish.
"HAKUSO" is best served at 6°C (43°F), a temperature that enhances its aroma and refreshing acidity. For the most delicate harmony, it is recommended to drink it immediately after opening.
