Nakameguro Welcomes 3110NZ by LDH Kitchen, a Gallery-Integrated Sushi Restaurant by Saito Sushi and NANZUKA

LDH Kitchen, the culinary division of the LDH group, has opened a gallery-integrated sushi restaurant, "3110NZ by LDH Kitchen," in Nakameguro, in collaboration with the renowned "Saito Sushi" and contemporary art gallery "NANZUKA."

A New Space to Enjoy Contemporary Art and Exquisite Sushi Simultaneously

"3110NZ by LDH Kitchen" is a novel concept space that operates as the NANZUKA gallery during the day and transforms into a sushi restaurant by "Saito Sushi," produced by Takashi Saito, in the evening. The head chef is Ikuya Kobayashi, who, after establishing "Saito Sushi Hong Kong" as Takashi Saito's most trusted disciple and earning two Michelin stars, has returned to Japan. The menu offers an exquisite selection that inherits the essence of "Saito Sushi," encompassing not only all culinary techniques from fish, rice, salt, vinegar, and dashi, but also the careful selection of tableware.

The interior and exterior design of the space was handled by "Snarkitecture," a super architecture design unit by New York-based artists Daniel Arsham and Alex Mustonen, while the restaurant's logo was created by Hajime Sorayama, a globally acclaimed Japanese artist. Similar to NANZUKA's main gallery, exhibitions will feature unique projects by emerging artists from around the world, with displays rotated approximately every four to six weeks. This is a truly unique space where cutting-edge art and the finest sushi converge, representing the pinnacle of Japanese culinary culture alongside world-class architectural design and contemporary art. "3110NZ by LDH Kitchen" commenced operations on Tuesday, July 21, 2020, with its opening exhibition featuring a new solo show, "Reconstruction of Memory," by Keiichi Tanaami, a master of pop art celebrated worldwide.
