The "Sake Experience" at "Eiga Hasegawa Roppongi," the direct-run store of Yaegaki Shuzo, has been renewed. To offer an unparalleled "ultimate sake experience," it has further evolved into an even more exclusive space, strictly adhering to a referral-only, members-only system for a limited three groups per day.
An experience for all five senses, embodying the "Japanese beauty" proposed by "Eiga Hasegawa."
Yaegaki Shuzo was founded in Hyogo Prefecture in 1666. "Eiga Hasegawa" is a premium, high-end Japanese sake brand, meticulously brewed using the finest Yamada Nishiki rice and the natural spring water from the Ibo River's Hayashida River system, sourced from the scenic "Shikatsubo" spring, embodying the pinnacle of brewing techniques honed since the brewery's inception.
Now, the "Sake Experience" at its direct-run store, "Eiga Hasegawa Roppongi," where "Eiga Hasegawa" can be savored at its best, has been renewed. For a limited time until the end of May 2022, "Spring Appetizers" will be offered in a private space for three groups per day.
At "Eiga Hasegawa Roppongi," a harmonious pairing with "Japanese appetizers" is realized to best appreciate "Eiga Hasegawa." Chef Ken Ozawa, owner and chef of "Ginza Wagō," a renowned restaurant that reinterprets the traditions of Japanese cuisine, presents dishes using seasonal ingredients to complement five types of sake, including "Eiga Junmai Daiginjo" and "Hasegawa Tokubetsu Junmai."
For the "Spring Appetizers," ingredients unique to the season such as clams, Toyama firefly squid, and Kyoto greens are used. Furthermore, sake cups crafted by a ceramic artist to match the aroma and taste of the five sakes, along with ikebana arrangements by Master Toshitsuki Nakamura of the Sōami-ryū school of flower arrangement, create a precious space where one can experience the "Japanese beauty" proposed by "Eiga Hasegawa" through time, space, and all five senses.
Indulge in a 60-minute private "Sake Experience" while engaging with Japan's traditional beauty. We invite you to savor the world of "Eiga Hasegawa," meticulously produced not only in taste but also in time, space, and even the sake vessels.
