The Park Hyatt Tokyo's Delicatessen's annual original beer free flow, "Chili & Cool," begins on Friday, July 16, 2021. It offers a sophisticated way to cool down on a summer evening, befitting a premium hotel.

"Chili & Cool," the free flow of original beers crafted by Sankt Gallen for the Park Hyatt Tokyo, returns this year.

The lineup of original beers includes the popular "Park Brewery Ale" with its rich flavor and smooth finish, the new "Mixed Berry Sour Ale" brewed with blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries combined with whey for a balanced sweet and sour taste, and the "Brut IPA" with its appealing citrus aroma and moderate bitterness.

Furthermore, a portion of the sales from the "Brut IPA" will be donated to support infection control measures and healthcare professionals, an ethical initiative.

In addition to beer, sparkling, red, and white wines are also available as free flow. The chef's special appetizer plates will change menus from Friday, July 16 to Sunday, August 22, and again from Monday, August 23 to Thursday, September 30.

The first period features crudités and a coarse-ground pork sausage chili dog, while the second period offers dishes like marinated bonito tataki and pork rib tortillas, all perfect pairings for beer.
