Park Hyatt Tokyo's summer tradition, offering a delightful free flow of original beers, returns for the first time in two years. The "Park Brewery" event features a free flow of hotel-original beers, brewed by Sanktgallen, pioneers of Japanese craft beer for over 25 years.

New this year is "Pink Wheat Ale," infused with seasonal watermelon and dragon fruit. This ale, with its soft flavor from 20% wheat malt, is enhanced by the fresh aroma of watermelon, its juicy fruitiness, and a subtle sweetness, creating a refreshingly fruity beer.

The lineup also includes the popular "Park Brewery Ale" with its crisp finish, and "YOKOHAMA XPA," which uses four times the usual amount of hops for a pleasant bitterness and a citrus-like aroma, totaling three varieties.

Additionally, a chef-crafted appetizer plate, perfectly complementing the beers, is available. The menu changes in two phases: from now until August 23 (Tuesday), enjoy "Spiced Roast Chicken Thighs with Sweet Long Red Peppers," "Coarse Ground Pork Sausage with Red Cabbage Pickles," and "Seafood Ceviche." From August 24 (Wednesday) to September 30 (Friday), savor "Marinated Seared Bonito," "Pork Rib Tortilla," and "Beef Chili."
