The rooftop terrace of Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Otemachi, located on the 39th floor, has opened for its contemporary French restaurant "est" and Italian restaurant "PIGNETO." The terrace offers panoramic views of Tokyo's dynamic cityscape, the lush Imperial Palace gardens, and on clear days, even Mount Fuji. Special plans are also available to make the most of this unique vantage point.

Enjoy premium champagne and aperitifs during the magic hour with a special plan.

The rooftop terrace seating has opened at "est," a restaurant offering innovative French cuisine with a focus on Japanese terroir, helmed by Michelin-starred chef Guillaume Bracaval, and "PIGNETO," an Italian restaurant named after a vibrant Roman district, embodying the joy of "Abbondanza" (a rich life).
Both restaurants offer menus perfect for enjoying on the sky-high terrace. At "est," the "Café Gourmand," featuring exquisite and delicate pastries and desserts by pastry chef Michele Abbatemarco, provides a delightful afternoon tea experience under the gentle sun.
Indulge in freshly baked madeleines, colorful macarons, elegant glass desserts like pistachio mousse and strawberry sorbet, and the "Merveille," inspired by Mont Blanc.
During the magic hour, enjoy the "Bubbles in the Sky" plan, featuring champagne and aperitifs. Sip premium champagne or original cocktails crafted by Joshua Perez, head bartender at bar "VIRTÙ," while mesmerized by the setting sun and the city lights gradually illuminating the skyline.
Additionally, "est" presents its "Seasons Best" spring menu by Guillaume Bracaval for lunch and dinner. This exquisite course menu, available only at "est," masterfully blends traditional French techniques with Japanese culinary methods, using carefully selected seafood and land ingredients from across Japan.
*À la carte menu also available. Lunch and dinner are served indoors.
Meanwhile, the terrace dining at the Italian restaurant "PIGNETO" welcomes guests with an ambiance reminiscent of 1980s Milan. As dusk settles, enjoy an "Aperitivo" plan featuring drinks like Aperol Spritz, Negroni, and Prosecco, paired with "Cicchetti," small plates of appetizers.
During lunchtime, choose from over 20 new menu items, including grilled shrimp and seasonal white asparagus, perfect with wine. Additionally, hand-tossed pizzas, crafted with carefully selected flours by a Neapolitan pizzaiolo, add to the enjoyment of terrace dining.
The terrace dining also offers breakfast menus, allowing you to start your day invigorated by the fresh morning air. Experience a special time in this sky-high sanctuary, complemented by exceptional cuisine.
