Tokyo Edition Toranomon, a premier luxury lifestyle hotel, has always prioritized wellness and well-being. Since its opening, the restaurant "The Blue Room" has consistently focused on a wide range of menu options, including healthy, vegetarian, and vegan choices.

The new "Vegan Table" menu, a natural evolution of this philosophy, comprises a beautifully presented five-course meal.
