Champagne House Moët & Chandon will host a summer night event, "Soirée Blanche," with an all-white dress code, at the Grand Hyatt Tokyo's all-day dining "The French Kitchen." The event will be held for six days only, from Saturday, June 29, 2024, to Saturday, September 7, 2024.

Two Plans Available: Regular and Standing

This event, "Soirée Blanche," is inspired by the "all-white" concept said to have originated in Saint-Tropez, a resort town in the Provence region of Southern France.

The venue will be adorned with decorations and lights, while a DJ and a saxophonist provide live summer music. The atmosphere is captivatingly glamorous and vibrant, as if you've vacationed in the South of France. The "all-white" dress code unifies the guests, who themselves become an element of the venue's refreshing and lively ambiance.

Here, you can savor Moët & Chandon champagne paired with a variety of dishes crafted by the chefs at Grand Hyatt Tokyo. Two plans are offered: the Regular Plan, with seating from 6:00 PM, allowing you to fully enjoy food and drinks; and the Standing Plan, with entry from 7:00 PM, offering casual light fare.

The Regular Plan includes appetizers such as salads from the Perigord region of Southern France, and a buffet-style main course featuring grilled seafood like shrimp and mussels, evoking the rich Mediterranean coast of Southern France. The Standing Plan offers a buffet of light fare, including chicken and foie gras terrine tartines and duck confit mini galettes.
