Château Mouton Rothschild and Great Vintages from Burgundy Grand Cru

This sales event is designed to help people enjoy wine in their daily lives under the new normal. Following the first event in November 2020, this second wine tasting and sales event will feature around 50 types of cellar-aged wines sourced directly by Hiramatsu from winemakers.
The biggest draw of the wine tasting and sales event is the availability of wines that are normally only served at the restaurants. This time, guests can taste and purchase Burgundy Grand Cru (Premier Cru) wines. The 2005 vintage is particularly highly sought after as a great year, and both 2011 and 2005 vintages will be specially offered.
While not included in the tasting, Bordeaux's First Growth classified "Château Mouton Rothschild" will also be available in limited quantities by vintage.
At the venue, sommeliers from each Hiramatsu restaurant will engage with guests, listening to their preferences and offering recommendations based on the origin and characteristics of various wines that are not typically available for comparative tasting. This event provides an opportunity for those who want to learn more about wine, or who wish to try more expensive wines but are unsure how to choose, to consult with sommeliers and discover their preferred wines through tasting.
In addition to some of the wines offered at the tasting and sales event, cellar-aged wines sourced directly from wineries across France will also be available for purchase online. This is a unique opportunity to acquire Hiramatsu-quality wines from the comfort of your own home.
