On April 27, 2021 (Tuesday), the first anniversary of its opening, mesm Tokyo, Autograph Collection, a hotel born from the first partnership between the JR East Group and Marriott International, opened its members-only private salon, "Club mesm."

"Club mesm," a new members-only private salon, is reborn to offer even more refined and exclusive services, replacing the Club Lounge that had been operating on the 25th floor of mesm Tokyo.

The new concept for "Club mesm," designed to create even more exquisite moments, is "JAPAN FLOW." Here, guests can enjoy a curated selection of alcoholic beverages, focusing on Japanese quality inspired by the cityscape of the bay area, where past and future, tradition and innovation, and people's thoughts and memories intersect.

Once the state of emergency is lifted, the salon will feature a lineup including popular Japanese whiskies from around the world, domestic craft beers that have won numerous international awards, Japanese craft gins with a rich, Japanese aesthetic using abundant local botanicals, shochu from Tokyo's remote islands of Hachijojima and Aogashima, vibrant and distinctive Nihonshu (sake), and domestic red, white, and sparkling wines. Special pairing menus featuring these premium Japanese brands with house-made appetizers are also planned.

In addition, Sarutahiko Coffee, Japanese tea, and homemade sweets will be served, creating an inspiring time that blends the unique contrast of the Edo charm woven by the seasonal beauty of Hamarikyu Gardens and the Sumida River, with the dynamism and sparkle of Tokyo's city center.
