Festive Christmas Cakes and Popular Stollen to Brighten Precious Moments with Loved Ones
Tokyo Marriott Hotel has announced this season's Christmas cakes and stollen under the theme "Precious Moments." Cake reservations will be accepted from Thursday, October 1, 2020, to Tuesday, December 15, and will be available for purchase from Saturday, December 19, to Friday, December 25, at the hotel's 1st-floor "Pastry & Bakery GGCo."

Luxurious Designs and Tastes for an Adult Christmas
This season's Christmas cakes and stollen from Tokyo Marriott Hotel, themed "Precious Moments," are designed to enhance cherished times with loved ones.
This season's three cakes are as beautiful as they are delicious. The "Chocolat Noël Pistache" is a chocolate cake featuring a rich pistachio brioche and strawberry compote, enveloped in a milk chocolate mousse with a hint of raspberry tartness. Adorned with the word "Noël," it creates a striking, sophisticated Christmas impression.
The "Fromage Passion" is a light and fruity no-bake cheesecake, a harmonious blend of smooth cream cheese and refreshing passion fruit cream. A miniature cosmos of chocolate reveals five types of berries, including raspberry and blackberry, making it a visually stunning creation.
The "Marriott Christmas Shortcake," named after the hotel, is available in two sizes. It features a subtly sweet, pure white chantilly cream generously topped with strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, and blackberries. Enjoy the delightful marriage of the berries' sweet and tart flavors with the gentle sweetness of the melt-in-your-mouth chantilly cream.
The ever-popular stollen will be available from Tuesday, November 10, to Friday, December 25. The "Original Stollen" is an adult indulgence, infused with Maker's Mark bourbon and three types of spices, offering a rich flavor and aroma. It is generously studded with raisins, figs, oranges, and a variety of nuts including pecans and walnuts.
Also available are the "Dark Stollen," which gently envelops marrons and figs soaked in fine brandy and rum within a subtly bitter dough made with French Valrhona cacao nibs and cocoa, and the "Matcha Stollen," featuring an elegant matcha dough generously incorporating large-grained azuki beans, black beans, and chestnuts.
